"Not only the food is bad here, but the staff is terrible, and the manager is completely unprofessional. My co-worker and I ordered the lunch from here and delivered it over door bag. Thank God. I ordered vegetarians because my staff got meat and she was bloody and not cooked. She tried to pull the meat off and got blood on her hands. We wanted to let the staff know and say that the meat looks good. We told them their bloody, and they said that's how it should be. When we wanted to talk to the manager, the employees were hanging on us. We called back and asked to get only the manager name, and the staff was back on us. Trying to call companies, but his only one recording and a voicemail. Can't talk to a real person interested. So I had to wait until I was out of work and went there personally and talk to the manager face to face. When I confronted him about his staff who was repeatedly suspended on us, he said well that we were busy. When I told him I'm working in customer service management myself, and that's not acceptable that he actually laughed on my face. Staff and managers do not care about their customers in the smallest and do not care if they serve you bloody meat to make you sick. I would never go back here, not just because of the bad food and the rude staff, but because of the terrible careless manager."

"This restaurant has a lot of potential, but I felt that it definitely did not meet my expectations. While they claim that falafel is a primary item on their menu, that was actually the blandest and least flavorful part of my entire meal. The wrap was also overpriced, as it came out quite small and underwhelming. The spinach pie also was bland, especially compared to what I?ve had before. It may have been fresh, but the food just wasn?t that good. Average place at best."

"The service was great. I couldn't ask for better. The food, on the other hand, was disappointing. I really hate saying that, but there it is. I had the half chicken. I expect smoked chicken to be pink. Don't let the color put you off. Having said that,mine was undercooked. I admit I like my chicken fairly well cooked. You might like it. My niece had the Monte Cristo, and ithad a fried chicken kind of coating instead of egg, and tasted of fried chicken. She couldn't eat it. I tried it. It wasstrange. The other people there enjoyed their ribs and fried chicken. The plates are large, and looked sadly empty. I haven'tbeen there since the pandemic, and I remember it differently. Like so many places, perhaps the pandemic took it's toll. I don'twant to discourage anyone that wants to give Lucille's a try. For me, it won't be my first choice for BBQ next time."

"The restaurant was nice and clean, very attractive and feeling good atmosphere! Not too loud, not too quite, it was good. It was on a Saturday around 4 pm. Purge place was not too crowded. Waited about 10 minutes before we sat down at our table. Waiter was good, he was attentive, professional, and friendly. But the food was definitely not what I was expecting, especially for the price we paid. The plates here are on the pricey side, which I am ok with that, but the price did not match the taste of the food. I had a prime rib with a loaded potato and fries, my daughter had some type of pasta and my wife had some flat bread thingy (Like a pizza . All plates were delicious, except for mine. The prime rib, loaded potatoes and fries were not so tasty. Fries were soggy, loaded potato was pretty dry, even after putting all the butter, sour cream and all the other ingredients given to me, the prime rib was juicy, but I asked for it to be well done, it came medium rare, not a deal breaker, I still like it, but definitely not my favorite. (I didn?t say anything because I wanted to eat with my family, everyone had their plates already. For the $40 I paid, definitely not worth half of that. I didn?t even finish it all, and I did not want to take it home either! But the flat bread thing and the pasta my wife and daughter had, those were actually really delicious, and the cheesy pretzel skillet that we had as a starter was finger liking good lol. I probably won?t come back, nor suggest this restaurant to others!"
