"We decided to stop for lunch at West Street Grill. It had been a few years since we were here. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by Mr. O’Shea. He stopped by our table a few times with a couple of recommendations. His focus on his customers, attention to detail and commitment to providing the best experience was obvious. Our food, from the appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. Our server, even on her second day did an excellent job. We are so glad we stopped."

"Maybe the WORST breakfast ever! Everything was served cold. Don?t try the eggs Benedict, unless you like cold eggs and what I think was a piece of ham. The hostess absolutely IGNORED us after she knew we complained about the food that treats us like the second rate while we all ask when they were happy... total disappointment and respect. I said I'd pay the full price. (respectful) and what they accused me! I paid it and the 20%, but never go there again!"

"I have zero negative to say about this place. We stopped here because it was close to where I picked up my boyfriend whom dropped off his rig near by (truck driver). We were greeted with enthusiasm and warmness from the hostess. We were waited on immediately, appetizer and drinks were brought out promptly. Entrees were brought out in perfect timing. I had the Turkey burger which was moist (very difficult to get right) and my boyfriend had the brisket with sausage and some cubed meat but it was ALL very tasty, well seasoned and very tender. Our server was a delight. She checked on us, had a smile the whole time, regardless of the mask. We already have plans to go back with family and also enjoy the zoo. Very happy couple!"

"Overall my experience was great. Our server was really nice and friendly and was on top of everything asking if we needed anything pretty frequently which was great. Our food was delicious we ordered 2 cheese burgers and they were perfectly seasoned, fries were fresh and crispy, and their W sauce added some nice extra flavor. Recommend this spot."

"I love Freddy's and normally don't ever have a problem with them. I also don't go to the one on Litchfield but rather the one on Bell Rd. Today was the worst. Cold fries and a very simply flat burger that looked like this food was sitting for someone else and didn't get picked up or something. Just making a comment so the workers can make sure your serving fresh food for people who are already paying over priced for fast food. Very disappointed in my lunch today."
