"One of my favorite pizza places! The slices are huge and prices are good! Food is made to order. I've only ate french fries and pizza from there and both taste very good! The pizza has a sweeter taste but very delicious and the fries come out crispy and golden (fried perfect). This place is always busy and service is (most of the time) great! It usually takes about 30 minutes for your order to be ready, no matter what they say. And sometimes you'll need to place your order a second time at the restaurant (if calling it in). Your food may get taken by another, but they make sure to give you your replacement food hot and fresh immediately. The atmosphere of this place is dressed down, extremely casual. It's very clean especially for the amount of business they have throughout their operation hours. There isn't a public restroom. I would have given 5-stars because I love their pizza that much.. however they only get 4-stars because of their service!"

"First time patron. Got takeout and went specifically for the brisket and greens which they were out of as it was a Sunday. Husband got rib tips which were really good. My son got the fried chicken which he loved, and I tried the bbq chicken which was excellent. I need to mention that I'm not one for chicken legs, but Mill City BBQ is the exception!! Coleslaw was fresh and the cornbread/muffins were really good as well. I also need to mention that family members have food allergies and we were all able to eat off the menu with no restrictions! Host/owner was friendly as well as the staff. Will be a return patron to try the brisket and greens, and we will spread the word about this place!"

"Excellent customer service at this location on Chelmsford St in Lowell, MA. Cashier was so friendly, she was really sweet. It’s great to see a person happily working. It’s refreshing. Thank you for making my trip in the drive thru for 6 kids so easy. And the food was hot!!! 5 stars."
