"The butter tarts (version with pecan) the best I have eaten. The woman working in the store was crabby. A refreshing change from forced CS cheerfulness. I also bought 3 small quiche. They are as perfect as any quiche ever. Pastry good. The egg filling light and soft ish yet firm. I had olive and feta. Very light on added salt- so delish. Whomever bakes for Dars Delights knows baking temperatures. Highly recommend both the baking and surly service. I"

"Driven by this place a couple of times I decided to stop in. Their cabbage rolls are by far the best cabbage rolls I have ever had! The cabbage is brined so it has a very unique sauerkraut flavour to them. Their soups are homemade and absolutely delicious. The meats are so fresh and delicious, fantastic cuts of meat!! The owners are extremely friendly, they love to give you samples of their him made crackled pork and it’s really just a great place to come and visit : Worth the stop"

"There are 3 Fish aand Chip places in Milton, and my wife being Catholic, we eat at them all on a regular basis, and we like them all. Of the three, we like this the least (yet still eat there 10-15 Fridays a year).The star of this menu is the breaded mushrooms for me. I love a good breaded mushroom.The fish can be overbreaded at times, and that leaves the fish to breading ratio as a negative. The fish itself is usually well cooked and flaky.It is a bit pricier than the other two locations but the extra fish choices (Tilapia, Rainbow Trout, Salmon) offset that."
