"Trying to locate this Denny's is easier said than done. The signage on and just off the QEW (either direction) is good and that's where it ends. I don't have a GPS, fortunately a nearby Tim Horton's employee knew where it was.I arrived at 6:50am and was surprised how many people were having breakfast. Of course, it is co-located with a local hotel so many of these people may have been hotel guests.The dining room was very nice and clean!The service was not great with only two servers on duty. I stood and waited about 5 minutes to be seated and then waited another 10min before a server came to take my order. While my breakfast was prepared and delivered quickly, the server only came by a couple of times to clear used dishes and didn't stop to ask if I needed anything. Yes, I did and No, I could not get her attention!The food was mostly up to Denny's quality. I had the new banana berry pancakes including eggs, hash browns and sausage. While the order was exact, the hash browns were barely luke warm with cold spots. Obviously they had come out of a freezer but not cooked well. Everything else was OK.Denny's pricing has gone through the roof. While breakfast was good, It cost me more than $16 for the entree, tea and tax. As such the value is medium to low.It's an OK restaurant. With some polish, it could be GREAT! Even so, I would visit again if in the area."
