"This was possibly the best meal we have had at any restaurant. The charcuterie was just the right size for an appetizer, and the local honey is a must-have. I had the scallops as my entree. They were cooked to perfection, and the smoke added another layer of flavor. I recommend ordering the scallops for the presentation as well. I paired the entree with the octopus. Again, the food was cooked to perfection. I liked that the fingerlings were still a bit firm, as the octopus was extremely tender. The chilies and the chili purée really rounded out the dish. My wife had the New York strip, and this was the BEST strip steak I have ever tasted. The seasoned salt on the side was like nothing I had ever tasted. She had shrimp and polenta as her side and said that was amazing. Additionally, our waiter, Chris, was one of the best, if not the best, that I have ever encountered. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu, and he gave us the perfect amount of attention. We are definitely moving Dynamite to the top of our list and look forward to the next visit!"
