"Having had this place recommended we thought we would give it a try Ordered online and collection was in 15 minutes. Got there and they had no idea what I had ordered. Eventually they said they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to order again. Which now meant I was in a queue. Everyone in front of me had their order wrong. The 3 severs didnt have a clue. At one point they were all serving the same guy and they still got it wrong. The couple in front of me had to order 8 times and by the time I left 40 minutes later they still had not even started cooking their food. Every order was wrong. People coming back in the shop to get items that were missing or exchanging wrong items. I nearly walked out and as I was about to my food was ready. 9 pieces of chicken in one box and only 7 in the other. A naan bread missing that i can't even be bothered to phone up about Apparently there is normally an older guy there who is brilliant. But he wasn't and it was like an Indian faulty towers restaurant. Even when I left, the couple in front of me were still trying to order something off the menu. This was about 45 minutes later after arriving. The food was freshly cooked and boiling hot Which was great and it was very tasty but it wasn't worth the wait and the poor service and missing items. I wouldn't trust those 3 lads to run up the stairs let alone run a busy take away Very poor and it's all about the first impressions and the service I prob won't go back despite the food been nice"
