"We have eaten at Table 16 a few times, but not in a long time. Our waiter could not pronounce items on the menu; said the awesome table at front window is not a good place to sit due to the floor being warped; the special tasting only had 4 courses (menu said 5), with no explanation or price decrease; certain dishes on a limited menu not available; $9 salad could have come from a bag; steak was rare (ordered medium); blackened grouper had a bit of blackening seasoning and black pepper but not seared. We would have complained if we had seen someone we thought would have sought to make it right. We will never go back to Table 16."

"The food is fabulous and the customer service is excellent! I was watching on of the employee check every single order against the ticket to make sure everything was correct before it made it to the customer. I appreciate the extra attention to making sure my order is correct. I’ve had the Classic Carol, The Dixie Chick, The Fancy Nancy and the Egg Salad. All were wonderful and I can’t wait to try the rest"
