"Alquimista is a hidden gem, just in the middle of the road between Sayulita's downtown and the highway. Coffee was not that bad, it was actually better than most other places in Sayulita, but still under-extracted and over-toasted for my very high standards. Food is...typical Mexican of the region, tasty, good sizes of portions, almost home-made flavor but also enough of restaurant flavor. Juices were good, wifi worked, the road is not that noisy, the corner is quite relaxed and good. Oh and prices are on the cheaper side of Sayulita. Actually, this place has perhaps the better price to quality ratio in all Sayulita. The options and flavors are better at Miscelanea, but prices there are double. This is a good spot for breakfast and food several times a week."

"Difficult, the entertainer stroked gitarre and singed nicely, but he whistles out of the key and it becomes painful especially at sunset when all birds sing in the dense tree space someone the next esstic began to smoke. wtf.? brutto ordered the plastered thunfish and pasta. all I could taste was salt and the thunfish was hard to chew. could not finish my meal seems like this place has a bit of an identity crisis between bar and dine . Earlier it came when it was new and energy it had down needs color is tired quite sure that there are many better experiences in sayulita"

"Natalia is not only a wonderful host but she is an amazing cook! She makes not only yummy, but nutritious food. I love having breakfast and lunch here, especially since they got that new expresso machine. My favorite is the goat cheese and avocado with poached eggs. Definitely a must on your trip to Sayulita!"
