"We went the first day of their August opening. Arrived to a nice greeting and a table outside. Your drinks order is taken at the table and you go inside to order the food. Service was swift on the drinks front. On the food front, there was a welcome choice of both hot and cold food - as this is not always the case with heurigers....the food was brought to our table later and was delicious. I ordered a second glass of wine, changing from white to red. The Pinot Noir tasted a little off and we sent it back. I guess it was the owner who came - interesting that he knew the bottle had been opened only that day at 1810 to be precise! No-one else had complained but he happily changed it - I thought it was corked. A nice experience and we will return!"
