"Went here for the first time this week, recommendation from friends. Great experience, wines were great and the wine tasting experience was awesome. Great information on the wines, really brought the wines to life and had great recommendations on how to pair the wines. Also had lunch at the deli, delicious! Portions not huge, but delicious, had the Italian panini which came with a salad and a lentil soup! Ambiance very nice and dog friendly also which is always a plus!"

"That was the best steak salad I have ever had. The steak was super tender (cut with a fork tender) and so delicious. I love that the spinach was sliced making it clean and easy to eat. My husband had pasta with Italian sausage and red sauce. It was really good too. We finished lunch off with some creme brulee. They make it in a large shallow dish so you get lots of the crunchy sugar. The service was super friendly and helpful. I know where I'm going for my birthday. So glad we tried this spot!"

"What an incredible experience at Chamisal. Tim was so knowledgeable of all the wine, and he was so easy to talk to. We can't wait to visit him and this area again. The vibe was incredible, a little rain didn't stop our fun. We can't wait to come back in the fall and experience this place with friends and family. Forgot to mention the wine was incredible as well!! Don't hesitate coming here, and do yourself a favor and ask for TIM!!!"
