"This place never disappoints and is one of my favorite pasta places in nyc! It’s an affordable casual spot for pasta in Greenpoint. The biggest thing to note is that you have to be quick to snag a table- every time I’ve come it’s always very busy and the place is small and tight for the amount of people that come to eat! It’s self service so make sure to grab your own utensils and put away your dishes at the end. Order at the counter and they’ll bring your food to you when it’s ready. Don’t forget to ask for the focaccia bread if they don’t bring it out with your food!I haven’t tried all the pastas yet but so far my favorite of their regulars $13) is the pappardelle bolognese but honestly it’s hard to go wrong with any of their pastas. Their pasta is cooked very al dente and the sauces pop with flavor."
