"I decided to stop in to this joint and try their gyro basket; I could tell the tzaziki sauce was fresh and made by hand. The fries were hot and cooked to order. If you don't want salad on the gyro let them know (I'm not used to lettuce on my gyro). Talking to the hostess I learned the baklava is made by hand (can't beat homemade In fact everything is made or sourced locally with the exception of the pita bread. For those upset about food they're out of...it means one thing it's a popular item and because it's fresh (and to keep it fresh) they don't mass produce items. Not a bad joint, I just wish my gyro meat weren't as crispy."

"Great little stop. Wonderful place for Middle Eastern groceries. They have an extensive selection of everything from that region, from olive oils, to olives, to other fine groceries. They make their own pita bread fresh and as they do their hummus and it's fab-o."

"Came in from Germany to visit family and had to stop into Zoës. I got the steak kabob with oven roasted corn and baked potato salad...amazing, always amazing. We also had the three hummus sampler and it was great. I wish there was more than 3 pieces of pita for all that hummus, but all good! You won't be disappointed to make this a family outing :"

"This is one of OKC's best kept secrets. It's affordable (cheap, even), delicious, and the portions are more than plentiful. I've eaten here twice after discovering this gem two weeks ago on Zomato. Both times I've gotten the gyro platter. It's simply loaded with meat, crisp romaine, fresh red onions, and tomatoes. The pita is average, but the meat is so good it's soon forgotten. It blends well with the meat, which has a richer and more robust flavor than the other gyros I've had in OKC. I've not asked, but I think they actually use lamb here. Al I know is it's wonderful, and they have a new repeat customer in me."

"My wife and I ate here on a recent Saturday night. We arrived at about 6:00 pm and immediately found a table for ourselves. There were a few other tables occupied at the time, but when we left at 7:00 pm, there was only one other table occupied. I am not sure if this is typical of Saturday night for this place. It might get busier during the week, especially at lunch time.<br>

We both like lamb, so that is what we ordered. I got the lamb and vegetable kabobs, and she got the lamb kabobs sandwich. I expected to get one lamb kabob and one vegetable kabob but got two lamb kabobs. The lamb was barely pink inside and had that tasty char-grilled flavor. The tzaziki sauce was a nice accompaniment. I also used the sauce for the modest sized salad of tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. It came lightly dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. The vegetables were also tasty since they had the same char-grilled flavor as the lamb. The rice was cooked just right and had good flavor from the butter and fake saffron that they used to season it. <br>

My wife liked her lamb sandwich. The accompanying french fries were not anything special, though. <br>

We looked over the dessert display near the front registers and noticed some cookies we had not seen before. However, we saved dessert for another time. <br>

Before leaving the restaurant, I used the bathroom. Everything worked fine except for the sink. The hot water came out inconsistently. I turned it off while I lathered up my hands with soap. After that, the hot water would not turn on at all. It's a small problem, but it's something that they should fix."
