"Had a genuine Greek family owned feel to it. Friendly and personalised service. Best yiros I've had in a long while. All food was nice and fresh. Takeaway or some seating inside and outside to eat in. Great choice for a quick tasty meal. Staff and owner very friendly and made our young children feel very welcome."

"Parwana, on Henley Beach Rd, is one of those rare food treasures. I love that the food is a representation of family, of culture and about bringing people together around the table. It's hard to choose just one favourite dish, everything is bursting with flavour. But I would return over and over again and never not order the mantu (dumplings), they are fantastic. Tonight I also really enjoyed the eggplant dish (Banjaan Borani) and Morgh Qormah (chicken)."

"Great concept !!! This place specialises in salad and traditional breads. The portions are huge and filling ! I tried their falafel salad with the Levant and eggplant sauce. What a burst of flavours in my mouth .. will definitely be back to try their other combinations and sauces. Quick service as well. Good spot for a quick lunch fix on Hindley"

"Went back for the first time in a few months today (since renovations). Front of house still awesome but back of house and food gone down hill considerably. Soggy greasy and horrible. Dunno if it was just a bad day but has gone from better than others to just an also ran."
