"First time ordering from Bella Napoli I got the chicken piccata only comes with bread 23.00 bland very chewy chicken, The bread was good but didn't get any butter or silverware with our to go. The pizza is horrible needed to cook for about 5 more minutes 20.00 no flavor very doughy even though menu says thin They shave the meatball and sausage toppings couldn't taste them. Total was 44.10 I said worth was about 18.00 total"

"UPDATE Spoke with the manager and received a very nice apology. Recognizing concerns and speaking with guests makes a good business great. Thank you for speaking with me and we will be coming back for great food: Original post -I usually adore this place and refer it to everyone I meet, but they last two times I have used the mobile order option my meal has been wrong. Tonight they forgot 2 things completely and messed up the salad. It takes me at least 20 minutes to get to the restaurant and I had to drive back to get the missing things. All while my food was at home getting cold. When I get there to get the forgotten food, the girl just handed it to me and said sorry here you go. That’s it. I feel like a little more could have been done, and I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. To top it all off I got home and the sub that was forgotten was completely wrong.... No the best customer service I’ve experienced ..."
