"Only for a few nights to stay in sable sur sarthe when we took part in the French moto gp. we were looking for a place to eat on Saturday night and came over la sablesienne. there was no problem getting a table for two though. the place was heaving with people, and the waiters and waiters seem very busy. someone came to our orders right away. the atmosphere was relaxing, we had an aperitif and did not have to wait until our meals were delivered when we were finished. eating was delicious, but not pretentious. simple pizzas and galettes, but served with freshly prepared potato and lardons, which are weighed with cream and cheese for the pizza delicious, and a mixture of laeks and scalops for the galette. a very good value for money! we highly recommend this place when they travel to this part of frankly, who deserves a visit, although not a tourist hotspot. one of these hidden places that have received history and charm!"
