"We had made a reservation online for the terrace for Monday August 15th 8.15 pm and I called in advance to ask for one of the tables in the front line and was told that this would be no problem. When we arrived I asked the relevant waitress for our table and she showed us a table inside. I asked her that we have a reservation on the terrace and also about me calling earlier about a table in the front line. She said all tables are reserved, although not yet occupied. I told her that we have a reservation on the terrace and her reply was these are for our special guests . Well, after some intense discussion we received our desired table but the mood was down the drain. The mood of the waitress obviously also because her service was unfriendly and has to be called rude. As we speak Spanish fluently I heard her talking to a colleague about us saying e.g. Siempre estos turistas (always those tourists). I should mention that the restaurant was half full/ half empty and even till we left at 10.30 pm not all tables outside on the terrace were occupied. I asked several times for the name of the waitress but she refused to give me her name and also one colleague didn 't give it. I also asked for the manager to solve the situation immediately but was told we don 't have managers here. The food was ok, but when the evening starts like that the kitchen cannot do a lot to make it better. There are so many good restaurants in La Herradura I highly recommend to go somewhere else."
