"We popped in here for a latte and chai latte instead of going to Starbucks as we thought it would be different and perhaps more atmospheric. How wrong we were. I got a luke warm chai latte and the latte wasn't much better. The staff were not unpleasant but not exactly what you'd call chatty. Next time will stick to what I know."

"I wanted to pay to add extra mozzarella to my calzone. The waiter refused to request it as it wasn't possible. It made me think it might come as a frozen dish. The dough tasted differently as well to what I was used to. I think I am going off pizza express, sadly not the service/quality it used to be."

"Food is really really good but service is poor kept forgetting drinks orders, gave items to other tables ! and rushed us through our meal, delivering all ordered dishes at the same time....not what this kind of experience is meant to be. Chairs are uncomfortable metal ones and it has lost the feel of the pop up on the King’s Road. We shall go to the Marylebone restaurant next time."
