"This place has potential to be really good. The reservation process was not a true reservation, but a âname on the listâ version. We werenât expecting this so this was irritating. We waited a good amount of time as it was a weekend evening. The booth we were seated at was not well cleaned-there was food all over the floor. The server was attentive but not very friendly. I was impressed with the menu, but the food that came out seemed lazily done/lackadaisical- garnishing sauces were very light, lacking flavor. For example, I got one of the street taco dishes. There was a lot of meat, but very little slaw and accompanying sauce. I would give them another chance only because their menu was unique and it was a busy night when we went...perhaps they would better represent themselves on a weeknight or at lunch time."
