"Simple wishes are not met here. You can only order what is on the menu. If you want to order the schnitzel with a different sauce (which is on the menu for a different dish), this request will not be accommodated and you will be insulted stupidly. This has happened quite often now, so this has nothing to do with a bad day. Very unfortunate. I learned that the customer is actually king, this is not the case here. The quality of the food has also deteriorated significantly. I used to enjoy ordering here, but anyone who cares so little about their customers doesn't deserve my order. That's why I'd rather go to the competition now and would recommend it to anyone who wants to order here."
