"I am not one to write reviews but in this case I just had to. I am so impressed with the customer service at this location! I spoke with the same man on the phone placing my order that delivered my pizza. Not only was he very polite a courteous to me on the phone, but to too the experience off my pizza looked like it came straight out of a papa johns commercial! I ordered a works pizza with banana peppers, and must admit, I'm sure I was a pain to deal with as I requested the peppers under the cheese, light cheese and half light sauce. Thinking for sure when my food arrived it would not be what I wanted due to the complexity of my order and my previous experiences with other pizza restaurants. Brandon was the gentleman's name who helped me and he assured me that he would personally make my pizza and be the one delivering it. Well let me tell you, brandon had my pizza at my front door in less than 25 minutes! And to my astonishment my peppers were under the cheese as well as the sauce amounts I requested! They even had the presence of mind to mark the half of the pizza with light sauce by cleverly placing some black olives on the crust so we knew exactly which slices were which. But that's not even the best part of my experience! First thing i see when I opened the door, was not only my food, but the fact that brandon had picked up my newspaper as well as a UPS package on my porch to save me the trouble of going out to get it! I feel fortunate I ordered papa johns that day as when I pay the delivery man and closed the door my 6 month old Yorkie puppy ran right out of my door into the busy street, about giving me a heart attack. Without any bit of thought or hesitation to my bewilderment he dropped everything in his hands and ran out into traffic waving his hands like crazy to stop traffic as he proceeded to heard my little princess to the safety on the side of the road! Between the two of us we caught her and avoided a major catastrophe. To me this was all way above and beyond the call of duty for this poor man! He seemed very happy when we caught princess, and explained he is a dog lover as well and has one of his own. No telling what would have happened to her if we hadn't ordered papa johns! I can't imagine he gets paid anywhere near enough to do this. You can tell he really loves his job and genuinely cares about the customers he serves, it's so refreshing to know there's people like that still out there willing to go the extra mile for a stranger! That's why I felt an obligation to write a review of this experience. I will most certainly be ordering from this restaurant again. Honestly this may be the only pizza we ever order again! Just can't say enough!"

"This place should be ashamed. Burnt bread sticks. I called an hour before they closed and staff was rude I explained i was from out of town and had questions about food i was ordering. when I went to get pizza all the lights were out in dining room, I wasn't even sure if they was still open. To get back to my hotel and have bread sticks burnt and hard as a rock was upsetting. Service: Take out"
