"It happens sometimes to want to give an order, but not know the language as foreigners very well (even if I spoke about the incident with some local friends, they told me that I spoke correctly. the first time that I called for an order, a really polite woman answered the phone and with almost perfect English took the order. the second time answering an rude guy, spoke English and I respect the fact that no one could have the opportunity to learn English, but instead of trying to take the order not the people without staying food (the load is 24/7 and was late when I called, so I could not find anything else he pretended that he could not understand and even though he said to close the phone so that I occupied him. Too bad for you who you have ever been, and that's why I've put the 1 star. Why? Because the call center operator is technically the business! If everyone respects and would try to help the others, this world would be better. my mind"
