"Finally, the Corona-infestation value, which can open the gastronomy there – at least the external gastronomy – and petrus shows itself from its noble side and lets the sun shine. so, on the fastest, the result is expected to be tidy and equal in the restaurant. our favorite kicktoria buon gusto in DO-Hombruch, harkortstraße 57a, which we have not been able to visit in this previous bait for months, has opened its beautiful garden terrace and we have ordered a table by phone. everything works. the garden terrace is already well visited, you can see that people have a considerable refreshment and like to sit outside in the sun. also the garden terrace is beautifully designed, many fresh flowers, palms, large sunshades, brandies and in the last year welcome many colorful sunshades that hang between the trees and sputter, the visitors and are happy to agree on the day. garden terrace of the service, as always friendly and before, welcomes with much joyous ordered the many guests and the longest visitors. next to the diner is a lift on the terrace and offers additional restaurants. we decided as follows: carpaccio di salmone (lachscarpaccio 11,50 € filetto di maiale ai funghi misti (sweet filet with desired fresh champignons in cream sauce as small part 13,00 € corktar with fresh salat and avocado (18,50 € from the day supply. in advance there are freshly baked focaccia with curtain: freshly baked focaccia with dip carpaccio di salmone: I love this dish. fine and thin sliced salmon, covered by very small sliced red dovetail, red and green paprika pieces, small cut olives, crowned with a slice lemon and quartered circus nups. this very tasty and light plate today leaves Mediterranean summer feelings on the predominant sun. lachscarpaccio filetto di maiale ai funghi misti: as small part only with fresh champignons desired is one of my favorite dishes. the pork fillet very delicate, but pink fried, the sawn sauce slightly sowing, with creamy and fresh champignons in the sauce tasted around the wonderful taste in the gaumen. this dish is served on a large square porcelain dish, accompanied by a bowl with really tasty rosmarink arterias and as a deko an orange slice, in which there is a strong rosmarin twog in the middle. filetto di maiale rindertatar . on a large white porcelain plate sits centrally the cortextatar, by hand cut and with really good texture, top on ruccolasalat and a cut open avocado. the hand cut bark of good quality, natural holiday, so that the meat taste is excellently gelled. the whole dish is dyed by a green, in the nasenmandel, grassy notches and slightly fiery pickled olive oil (cold pressed. a lemon slice and a stench flat petersilie forms the only deko on the teller. the court itself dominates. I would order this court again at any time. rindertatar with ruccola and avocado the selected drinks: 1 bottle mineral water 0.75 l from molinari (5.90 € 0.2 l rosèwein (house wine well cooled in glass (5.50 € closing: a successful start into the “new season” . hopefully sink the incidence values still further and remain stable below, so we can have joy in the restaurant visit inside."
