"This place bakes its own bread daily, along with other bakery delights, like cinnamon buns, pizza buns and cookies. They also serve sandwiches, soup and coffee. I had a Chicken Sandwich on focaccia bread. It was quite good. The bread was thick and fresh, the...chicken was actually pulled, cooked chicken breast, instead of processed chicken breast, which was a welcome surprise. I think that this place would be the best bet for a light lunch in Alix. The sandwich options change daily."

"I was told by a few people that this place had really good pizza. Most times those recommendations are way off base. I thought I'd see if this place was as good as people said. This place specializes in deep dish pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza to go. It was quite decent. The crust was nice and crisp. The sauce had decent, not great, flavour. The pizza could have used more toppings. I can't complain about the Cheese though, it had lots of Cheese. Overall, it was a pretty decent and filling deep dish pizza place. Not the best deep dish I have had, but good."
