"The restaurant at Bautzener Kino was closed for several months. Now it takes over a Görlitzer pizza baker and he's making fancy dishes. The former operators, Baljinder Singh and his wife Harminder, closed the store in August last year. They now want to focus on the expulsion of their transport company and have more time for the family in the evening. For Enrico Krause it is now the second own pizzeria. The Görlitzer already runs the Pizzeria Bologna in the Görlitzer district Weinhübel. And what does the operation look like in the new Rossini? The pizza baker brings the pizza recipes from his Görlitzer Shop to Bautzen. “I make German-Italian cuisine – and with me the customers write the map,” says the pizza baker Krause. For this reason you will find the usual pizzas and popular pasta dishes, specialties such as pizza rolls or pizza rolls. "Very recommended. Good operation. The food was fast. However, the bottom of the pizza was only lukewarm, but because I still liked it, it was okay. Very good. Extra plus point is accepted by Amex. Ambience absolutely romantic."
