"We ordered from our hotel on the edge of Calais at 9pm. They said fine yes etc. At after 10 PM they called us back to say that we were outside of delivery range and no delivery possible. I said I'd be willing to pay...extra since I had no transportaion and it being after 10 no way to get dinner, and they refused."

"Fun decor, friendly and fast service. The mozzarella donuts, chips and onion rings were tasty. Burger was disappointing though the bread was dry and the patty was pretty thin on meat and seasoning...not like the menu pics at all."

"I have abandoned to find a restaurant for a decent lunch and to be able to shop for wine during our annual day trip to calais. instead I avoid all disappointment and, after our trip to the city collection...house, back to calais to the wed and Saturday market(until 12.30) there we buy for dinner back to house (a rotisserie huhn, veg, salat, obst and cheese) and then have a checkout(sinks 3e, but last of other choices fres/coes the dame working there is great works like a dervish, the local customers friendly, and they can sit outside and eat everything while watching the world on the market as it packed. Bars opposite are good for a gletscher. Beer/coffee"

"9 of us visited for a quick, inexpensive lunch in mid February. The owner met us at the door, quickly rearranged the tables for us and helped us place our order both in French and English. His English was much better than our French! The food was good and very reasonably priced. Would recommend and will probably revisit the next time we are in Calais."

"Ate here whilst staying at the ibis Calais Tunnel hotel, which is only approx 10-15 mins walk away. Opens at 6pm, staff were pleasant with reasonable English, you can sit in or take away. Ordered double pepperoni pizza, it was very thin which was good,but really tasted of cheese on toast. Not a lot of pepperoni, so not sure what the regular pepperoni pizza would have been like. Large pizza plus some wedges and small bottle of water, approx 23 euros."
