"Cozy place, simple but always tidy and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast products, at very honest prices. The coffee is also good. "On holiday with my family, I paid 30% in advance before arriving at the Hotel and the management demanded the full balance with tourist tax (in cash, separate from the total cost) upon arrival. Location Hotel not compliant with description in the agency brochure. Distance from the sea 300 meters and not 200 meters. Cost at the partner beach 20 euros instead of 18 euros per day as always in the brochure. Poor menu for lunch and dinner, there are no alternatives (pasta and only pasta) the portions are scarce, we asked several times to abound, the result was the waiters said that their hands are tied , the dessert of the day is the usual fruit, i.e. a fig and an apricot cut in half, only a couple of times a tasteless dessert with cream has arrived undone. Any extra menu request was paid for as we were told. The brochure indicates drinks included (in the end we PAID EXPENSIVE) not as per telephone information, we were told on arrival that they were always paid. Very dirty swimming pool (photo attached) with poor maintenance you can see algae and peeling paint, there is a risk of an infection . Clean rooms with daily change of towels, but not replenished toiletries. Bad WiFi service (doesn 't catch anything). Sure you don 't come back. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 1"
