"As I have mentioned in some other reviews I am kind of a pizza connoisseur/snob. Being a die hard fan of new York pizza often times sets unrealistic expectations for when I travel and eat pizza elsewhere....but I was in Italy so I knew I couldn't be disappointed. My cousin took me to this local pizza restaurant and ordered us 2 D.O.C. Pizzas with buffalo mozzarella. The pizza here came out paper thin and had the most amazing combination of fresh buffalo mozzarella and sweet/tangy sauce. I added some crushed red pepper and fully enjoyed this true Tuscan wonder."
