"Let me start with stating the obvious: this is the best restaurant in Cedar City, amen and amen. The aroma of charring crust and garlic tempt you from a couple of blocks away. Once ensnared, there’s no escaping Centro. Our waitress, Liv, was a delight, encouraging us to share a salad and go half/half on our pizza selection. We got the arugula salad. The lemon vinaigrette that dressed it had just enough sweetness to compliment the peppery arugula and cool you off from the Cedar City heat. The Parmesan in the salad was robust. One side of our pizza was fennel sausage and the other the white pizza, a glorious homage to garlic. The fennel sausage was herbaceous and played well against the light char on the crust. The white pizza was a star. The garlic and cheeses were a rollicking mix of flavor and texture. Loved every bite. Big bonus that Centro is not a Pepsi (swill) shop like essentially every other establishment here and the Diet Coke flowed freely. If you’re in Cedar City, book a table at Centro. It’s outstanding."

"Love this pizza connection! we order the $5 med. pizza with unlimited toppings. I wondered how her $5 pizza would compare with little ceasars $5 pizza. better! the ingredients tasted fresh and the teig was perfectly crisp under and soft on the edges. indoordinning is available. the restaurant and the toilets were clean. I'd come back."

"The pizza flavor was good though my Gluten Free Pizza was missing the basil and since it was only tomato and basil (since it doesnt allow for ordering the margarita pizza gluten free) it was bland. My daughters Cheese Pizza was super greasy."

"Sorry for the long post, but I'm beyond words... We have always loved Brunos, especially their sandwiches. We generally go there once a week or so on average. The combo is my favorite and my wife loves the salami one. Ordered four sandwiches, two combos and a salami and a chicken sandwich. Halfway home to Enoch, checked the sandwiches and, I couldn't believe what I saw. Salami had literally three pieces of rancid salami and the chicken was BURNT! We went back and were told that they have changed their portions and that's just the way the sandwiches are now. They offered a couple of extra salami pieces and some extra lettuce, but no offer to make it again or make it right. $48.00 plus a two dollar tip for this nonsense. The girl called the manager, no offer to make the sandwiches right or any other compensation or apology. She just kept repeating that this is the new portion size. $11.00!!!! I can't believe it. Another restaurant I have to cross off my list. I'm done with restaurants here. This one breaks my heart the most because we've come here for years. Then they tried to give me a gift Certificate instead of a refund! Based on how we were treated, they clearly don't care about retaining any customers. NEVER GOING BACK!!!"

"The facilities were stocked and clean. The Staff is always cleaning, stocking, bussing tables and refilling sodas. Always friendly and helpful with a smile, even when out of control Childers are thrashing the soft serve area making it unusable for the other customers, how sad our future looks. Great place to eat and prices are reasonable."
