Разогрели нам по кусочку в печи без подставки, просто так...Ладно, оплатили, пошли есть... Начнем с пиццы с грибами: Грибы,грибы? Где вы их взяли? От них воняло кислотой, как от самых дешевых консервированных... Вкус кислоты и хлорогексидина, честное слово...Они были кинуты на кусок теста огромными непропорциональными кусками и господи...вы реально их достали из банки и просто положили? Вы пробовали свою продукцию? Кто это делает? Закрытая пицца: Что я помню от ее вкуса? То это дешевые сосиски порезанные так что видно, что это дешевые копченые копченые? Они нарезаны так, как будто человек впервые резал что то... А знаете, что было еще в закрытой пицце? Сыр! Самый дешевый сыр, который при плавке растекся и отдавал вкусом жира! Что было еще в пицце? Ничего....Ничего блин. Я дома за три минуты, не умея готовить и то, лучше готовлю? Что за люди там работают? Вы вообще за своим заведением следите? И да,я хотя бы поел по скидке! Или мне ее не дали? Ничего не понял... Но там было написано, что после 20 00 скидка 50%... Я заплатил 227р, за 4 прилипших таких куска какашки уж простите, но ваше творчество, я назову так . Увольте повара! Прошу! И пересмотрите политику организации! Еду надо пробовать перед тем, как подавать людям! Хочется материться, я впервые такое ел..."

In secondo luogo vorrei far notare che in un ristorante del genere, direi abbastanza di classe, è impensabile avere dei camerieri che non parlano neanche una parola d'inglese...specialmente essendo poi all'interno di un'hotel...mi dovete spiegare come fà uno straniero a ordinare o ad avere informazioni in merito al menù se nessuno parla inglese...deficienza molto grave per un ristorante di livello, per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene, anche se la pasta era un pò scotta, ma questo dipende anche dal cameriere che non capendo da dove veniamo ed essendo noi italiani, per noi c'è solo un modo per cucinare la pasta, e cioè al dente, per quanto riguarda la presentazione dei piatti era veramente ad hoc...riassumendo: 1 primo quando un cameriere sveglio vede degli stranieri dovrebbe prodigarsi per sapere da dove vengono in modo e maniera da non servire pasta scotta 2 secondo rimuovere le foto non veritiere relative a ciò che si può mangiare la pizza non c'è sul menù 3 inoltre i camerieri dovrebbero parlare minimo un'altra lingua, impensabile che nel 2021 si pretenda di parlare solo il russo in un ristorante all'interno di un'hotel...questo lo si è notato chiaramente quando abbiamo provato a chiedere varianti al menù al che vista la totale incomprensione vi abbiamo rinunciato...quest'ultima cosa è veramente scandalosa"
