"Visited Speakeasy for the first time this evening. Vibe was great, food was great but what made the experience phenomenal was the incredible service from our waitress Meghan. Not only did she make us feel completely at home she had such great banter and humour. Will definitely be back not only for the food but for her great service. Very impressed!"

"Always nice if looking for a local place to hang out. This is more of a chill around, pub place than a formal restaurant. Their chicken strips are always a favourite to snack on. I tried their pizza and it was good. Thin crust, it wasn't super crunchy but also not soggy. Oily cheese on top. I prefer my pizzas without cheddar/gouda cheese. But if you prefer your pizzas that way, you'll love it. It goes very well with a drink! Burger was good, different but good. Very rich earthy flavour from ghe cammembert cheese and mushrooms. The vibes are ALWAYS nice there. Everyone is always friendly to everyone and people won't look at you weird if yoy walk up to them and start a conversation. This is the best place to meet people! To all my shy young folks out there looking to make friends, THIS IS THE PLACE!"

"Being a Banter, I have really been struggling to find a good quality colli pizza base until i came across this little gem. I was so impressed with everything about the pizza. I have experienced many of the colli bases to be very chewy and soggy but Matt's Pizza has it down to the T. Their normal pizzas are just as great (as i have been told by my hubby) so I definitely recommend this pizza heaven."

"Lovely cosy restaurant, food was superb and our waitress was friendly. Nice to chat, however the music and tv kept being turned up and we had to request a few times for it to be turned down so we could hear our fellow diners. The roosterkoek is not really roosterkoek but a bun cooked on a grill."

"I decided to do the 5km wine run or walk. It was an amazing experience. Friendly people, wine tasting just hits different while running or walking. I've had the Malbec before but the Pinotage was just out of this world. Nothing like it. While be doing another 5km wine run/walk soon."

"We decided to drive down that road in Durbanville with all the wine estates and randomly pick one that enticed us. We didn't even start when bf turned left to signal gun. The dude was starving. What a lovely choice, thanks bf tummy.<br/ <br/ Beautiful venue. Friendly staff. Quick service. Wonderful food.<br/ <br/ Bf had the porky pizza. It was huge and even the hungry tummy couldn't finish it. He loved it. I had the starter mussels and good gosh, it was glorious. I usually order mussels if I go to a place the first time(aim is to find the best mussels... Well at least those not on the bf hehehe) and its the first time I'm had it with the usual cream, garlic and white wine WITH red pepper and chilli in the sauce. It's now firmly no. 2 on my quest.<br/ <br/ No need to mention but I'm definitely going back."
