"For me personally, this was a total letdown. We got 2 hot dogs, large fry, blt and two drinks and it was almost 30$. Normally, that 's not a big deal. However, there was nothing special. The blt had 1.5 strips of bacon on soggy toast with weeping lettuce. The hotdogs were good. I 'll give them that. The chili cheese fries were very disappointing. They tasted burnt, and the cheese was just slices of American slapped on top. To round it off our waitress just basically slapped the food in front of us and did not offer refills or even look back in our direction. I hoped this would be great based on other reviews. Instead, it was just a giant letdown."

"This is my favorite, fast food location! We have been ordering for years. The staff is always very kind and they work hard. Anytime we go into the restaurant. It always looks clean and tidy. The staff are clean looking and very friendly. We find the food to be very consistent. the drivers always do a great job of handling the pizzas with care. We have only ever had one or two issues in 7 years of ordering and both times they went out of their way to make it right. We are extremely pleased and shocked to read some of the other reviews. We always use the app to order and it gives you options to pick how light or heavy you’d like your sauce or toppings. I always find when I do this. They are very accurate and follow instructions. We ordered tonight and there was some issues with the computers which caused us to get delayed in receiving our food. We called to check in and instantly greeted by Chris on the phone who was extremely apologetic. Made sure we received our order and i was highly impressed with the way they handled the issue that they had no fault in. Things happen and a lot of times it’s not within anyone’s control but the way that a business response tells me how much they care about their customers. I am very impressed with the customer service and I will be a lifetime client! Bravo to this location and sorry for such a long review I just wanted to make very clear how much you are appreciated and how well they do what!"

No, instead, the young man who took my order gave me a better price on my pizza! And when I left a young man who came out to explain that they found out what the problem was with this special flyer. I definitely go back!"

"Unique Italian experience. It doesn't look like an Italian food, but the food was excellent. Maybe the best marinara sauce I've ever had and it comes with everything. The bread was hot, fresh and delicious. Cosy cabin like ambience, fast lunch. The friend Ricotta balls were very good. The Guinness fish was cooked over perfectly. Steak salad was cooked for perfection. I didn't like the Italian dressing, it wasn't enough for me, that's a personal preference. You won't be disappointed if you stop here. Seriously, I went back to Mother's Day and OMG!!! Best italian I have ever had and people could not have felt you welcome or as if you were part of their Italian family. Gabby was our server and she was exaggerated! Another lady came back from the kitchen to see how we did and gave 1 year old a meatball with sauce cuisine just because. That makes this Powell amazing. Please get out when you eat here. The Gnocchi is handmade and super!!!!"
