"Three of us arrived on a Saturday evening. Got a table pretty quick, great start. Firstly the good stuff, the pizzas are huge. Now the rest. We ordered two pizzas and one plain spaghetti. I asked for Salami to be added, to which the waiter...was quite aggressive. We ordered three beers, to which three small beers turned up. One of the Pizzas, was basically charcoal, completely black. The Spaghetti turned up with clams and tomato sauce. The lighting was so dim, I couldn't see if the salami had been added on the second pizza. We ordered two large beers, but they never materialised. As for the spaghetti, my friend speaks many languages fluently and the waiter dismissed her calls for it to be changed. All of a sudden, he returned, snatched the dish, and about two minutes later returned with the correct order. (amazing how quick they can cook it). As I tucked in, the centre of my pizza was raw dough, not great, but just about edible. finally after a reorder, two large beers turned up. After we finished, we sat for about 20 minutes trying to attract the waiter for the bill. Most of the staff were too busy chatting amongst them selves to care about the customers. In the mean time, the music was suddenly turned up, so we had to shout to hear ourselves. I got up an asked for the bill. No response. After another 15 minutes, I shouted for the bill. It finally turned up, but basically thrown on the table. We sat for a further 20 minutes, to question the bill as we had been charged for three large beers. In the end three waiters walked past and deliberately turned their heads the other way. Maybe I was in the wrong, but I whistled to get attention. This really upset the waiter, but it worked. he marched over started ranting about the rudeness, saw a credit card and dabbed the machine on the card. Luckily, a pin was need so the payment didn't go straight through. Would I return, NOPE. Would I recommend. NEVER. Terrible food, rude staff and at 30 swiss francs for a pizza, way over priced. AVOID this one."

"Zio is a relatively new (2016 I think) Mediterranean style sandwich bar and café in the heart of the university district, with a small eat in area, and also to take away. The menu includes a selection of foccacias with ham, salmon, and vegetarian options, gazpacho, regular...sandwiches, and a small range of desserts/pastries. Staff are friendly, and the prices are very decent perhaps with consideration of the large student clientele (they also offer a student menu at reduced prices, from 12 till 2pm). Staff are friendly, and prices are very decent for Geneva. Certainly worth a detour."

"A 4 dans ce restaurant nous avons mangé, on peut manger une bonne pizza, la carte ne relève pas de plats spécialement remarquables, le filet de loup très petit, accompagnement simple, aubergines a la plancha avec sauce tomate crue et froide, bonne, mais un peu plus cuite cela aurait été mieux, 18 frs, la pizza, très bonne pate, 29 frs avec huile de truffes, pas bon marché, bon on est toujours septique sur l'huile de truffes, car de plus en plus les restaurateurs emploient des essences alimentaires pour mettre dans l'huile et pas de l'huile avec truffes, les viandes portions très petites.Dessert prix normal à Genève de 10 à 18 frs la salade de fruits glace Service fait avec un garçon italien un peu froidA noter service très long pour une dizaine de personnes en tout la salle à manger est très classe Nappage et couverts parfaits"
