Payment in CB. Diameter 27.5~28cm so for a good average in general. Fine paste. The 4 cheese is cream base, I chose it uncooked, I was able to oter the goat without problems, and modify it (add ingredients). Heating at home in 4 minutes in a rotating heat oven at 240°C In total, even with the modif, it gives the impression of a pizza of pizzeria; It's better than a supermarket pizza."
