"Stopped by here for nourishment and was pleased that I did. I was alone therefore had a pizza for main but asked if I could have some grilled vegetables as started which weren't on the menu the maitre was very accommodating and even made some suggestions which I welcomed. If in the area worth a visit. I certainly will be back."

"In the countryside just outside the village. Very quiet, a good breakfast. Room are clean and the owner is nice and can help you for all. There is also a big pool. It is an ideal place to stay."

"The small village mustomeli is full of culinary surprises. one of my favorite is chef daniela, the owner of the historic route 66. while their standard menu is known for its burgers, it has completely embraced the vegan challenge. there is currently nothing vegan on their menu, but don't let them stop from enjoying some of the best food in central Sicily. I contact chef through the Facebook page of the restaurant to stop my reservation. we discuss special requests/allergenic and then create a three cure vegan meal that includes a starter, pornstar and dessert for about 15-20€. eating is always ceratiw and tasty. it has also created plant-based versions of some of the most popular dishes of sicily. In addition, it offers a sandwich and drink special on the regular menu for approx. 7€, which I wish to veganize on my next visit. while the coastal cities in Sicilia have been historically the vegan-friendly, I find that it becomes much easier to find attractive plant-based options throughout the middle of the island. when they drive down the ss 189, take them safely time to visit the route 66! updated by the previous review on 2020-10-29"

"To be honest, I find it difficult to judge a pizza restaurant in sizilien. I had no bad experience yet. we were over, all grown up. many of them were here many paintings and knew the owners, waiters, etc. the service. was a bit slow for my taste, but the place was full and heaving. Maybe they need another waiter or another person in the kitchen, but it wasn't that bad either. the young waiter tried to please everyone. we ordered some antipasti that came in tablets full of great eating. beautiful small baked baby balls filled with green olive and filling, selection of cheese, klempner tomaten, dry meat, salad, etc. delicious! then, except one. all other ordered pizzas. the pizza selection anywhere in Sicilia or italy is simply huge. my capriciosa was huge (normal size obviously) and very tasty. I struggled to finish it, but I did, the place is very bubbly, full of young adult (and also older (in our case the beer stayed coming. the pizzas took some time to come, but mine was worth waiting. So yes, I would recommend it."
