"My fiancé had a chicken finger pizza delivery and within three hours or so he was throwing up so violently.. it was absolutely horrible and I was thinking maybe it was just too greasy but eventually he was throwing up blood and shaking. We took him to the ER and he was admitted with food poisoning. I?m guessing it was the chicken but I don?t know? he spent the day in the hospital and missed our best friends wedding. It was absolutely terrifying and after the fact he did let the restaurant know and they didn?t seem to really care or acknowledge it too much. Scary:"

"Have been a patron for years have even had catered services from this shop. The owner does know recognize me a couple of days ago he took an order from me. I asked for a tray of lasagna asked if it could be hot ready for me in a couple of hours. He asked a crew member if any lasagna was defrosted they said yes. So, he assured me it would be set for me when I came back. I arrived 2 hours later for my order the counter man got it out of the freezer! I said no, I asked for hot! He was very nice said they could heat it for me in 20 minutes. I asked if it would be heated thru in that time he said oh yes! I got home with the lasagna we started to eat...it was awful! It was medium warm, watery, the cheese filling had separated congealed. I called to let TJ's know what had happened. They had me wait till their dinner hour was over as they were busy. They called back then the owner got on the phone with me. I politely told him about the lasagna. He said, well you ordered it cold, not hot. I know that I told him hot because we said it would take 2 hours to be ready hot! If I had ordered it cold he could have given me the lasagna when I first ordered it! I asked if he could do something about what had happened I wanted him to be aware of how awful his lasagna was... which by the way cost me $28 dollars change. He just said okay HUNG UP on me! I have seen this man being rude publically to his workers. This was the first time I was the receiver of his rudeness. In any other establishment, when anything goes wrong the owner apologizes gives a refund or a rain check to the customer. I know, because I worked in a pizza place when I was a young student. So, even though this owner knew I was a good customer, had catering service from him in the past, frequented this shop... he was rude, gave me a lasagna that was not edible, he offered no apology or no refund or rain check to me. I will not step foot in that shop again. I would advise that no one ever wants to be a customer of this shop because of this rude, unfair, uncaring owner."

"First time visiting Stone Social. Unfortunately, I won 't be back. I phoned in an order to go. The employee who took my order was super friendly and advised my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. It was a Friday night and traffic was heavy and slow moving. I arrived 30 minutes or so after I phoned in my order. When I arrived, my order was not ready. I waited 5 or so minutes before a bag was brought to me. Walked to my car and thought to myself this bag feels pretty light . Got in the car and my husband says it smells good . I looked in the bag and there was only one small cardboard box in the bag. I looked in the box and it was an order of macaroni and cheese. That 's not what I ordered. Returned to the restaurant and gave someone else 's takeout to an employee at the bar. She apologized and said my order would be ready shortly. I stood in the restaurant approximately 10 minutes before a brown bag was handed to me. As I 'm leaving the restaurant the girl who handed me my brown bag comes running after me with two small cardboard boxes and says forgot to pack your grilled chicken '. I ordered the 'Schrute Farms Beet Salad with grilled chicken $20) and my husband had the K.I.S.S salad with grilled chicken $15). We also ordered a side of cornbread with honey butter $6). The cornbread gets the 1 stars I gave for this review. It was delicious. As for the salads, it was mostly a cardboard box of mixed greens. My beet salad only had one small beet in it and a slice of a cucumber. The grilled chicken was a very small portion and way overcooked. I offered a piece to my cat, and he would even eat it. Very disappointed. The quality of this meal gets two thumbs down. Way overpriced for the small portion size we received. Will not return."
