"Overall, this was a good experience as a group. Go in with the right expectations and it won't disappoint. The main appeal of Benchmark is 1) Supporting students and providing them experience, 2) Getting local food, and 3) Affordability of a meal given the high upcharge dining at wineries and other restaurants in Niagara. I ordered the Fogo Island Cod as my main, a little on the buttery side but filling with no complaints on flavor. Burgers also looked good. I will say that the pizza looked and tasted disappointing as per my party (i.e. personal sized pizza and nothing standout for topping/flavor). The major downside is the LONG wait for food, especially if you have a larger group and even when it's not busy. We went for a Saturday dinner, and despite tables being about 70% full, it took about an hour before we got something to eat. If you are starving and alone, this is not the place to be. You do have to be understanding that this is most likely because the students are still learning. A side comment that while service was good, it could be a little awkward at times. The server for example had to really reach between people and into the table to take the wine glasses away which were not used. Usually this is something that is more discreet and smoother with more experienced servers. Go if: You support student/education initiatives, want local food, have a restricted budget but still want a fine dining type of experience Seek elsewhere if: You are hungry/starving, dislike long waits, prefer more sophisticated food and/or dining experience"

Many of their wines are produced using the «Appassimento» style which gives the wine a fuller and bolder taste we truly appreciate. Great selection tochoose from. "We were pleased to visit Two Sisters Vineyards during our recent stay in Niagara on the Lake. One of the ways we pick the wineries to visit is that we ask employees at other wineries If you could only visit one other winery in town, which would it be? The answer was Two Sisters and that led to our visit.Quite objectively, the experience at Two Sisters was unique in several ways. First of all, it was the most expensive tasting, coming in at CAD $30 per person. Also, the wines were the most expensive that we encountered during our visit. That being said, the winery was probably the most beautiful and elegant that we saw. The tasting room itself was beautiful. The Two Sisters employee was very hospitable and she only had a few couples to serve so we got lots of attention. Finally, there was something very special about having a different elegant wine glass for each of the four pours.The quality of the wines was outstanding. We tasted only the reds, and found them to have a depth of flavor that was reminiscent of California wines. We particularly enjoyed the Eleventh Post and the Merlot. A small purchase allowed us to recoup a small portion of our tasting fee, which was a nice incentive. We are thoroughly glad that we included Two Sisters on our tasting itinerary."

"My Mom and I went here and shared the lobster roll potato salad and fish chips and it was so good! We both loved it. Also got a glass of rose each and the bill came to $100. Great views as well. We will be back! Especially on weekends when they have live music."
