"Nirgendwo kann man besser die Mittagspause geniessen, als im Romantica. Wenn wir kommen ist unser Tisch schon eingedeckt. Nach der herzlichen Begrüßung kommt schon das Wasser, der Wein und das Bruschetta mit warmen Brot und Kräuterbutter. Vorspeisen wie Suppe oder Antipasti gehören immer dazu. Zeitnah kommt das Hauptgericht von der Mittagskarte. Die Gerichte von der Mittagstischkarte sind ausreichend und immer lecker. Es gibt sogar immer ein kleines Dessert. Wir gehen hinterher immer gut gelaunt wieder an die Arbeit."

"Service 0 Friendliness reddish... probably because the phone provides the necessary distance between the service provider and the customer. Multiple times when you complain. The supplied food does not correspond to the ordered food. Salamipizza without salami...2 half-full runs etc. I think gardening would be more sensible work for you full posts. I hope the store will be closed or the staff will be replaced."

"Ordered here again after ages. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I ordered two pasta dishes. Pasta with tomato sauce was ok, but totally soggy. You can completely forget about the noodles in cream sauce. Just greasy. No taste, just bland and the taste of greasy cream. This can definitely be done much better with little effort. "After an appointment in the north of Hamburg, I had time for lunch. This time I traveled near the Norderstedt town hall and found a free parking behind the town hall. On the way I had seen the lights of this place, and after another restaurant I actually wanted to visit was not open, so I went to Alberto. Operation I entered the square and found it well filled, an operation near the vault greeted me and pointed me to one of the last free tables. I took a place and immediately she gave me the menu. The appearance of this service was very friendly as well as the waiter who provided me in the meantime did not seem to have any gastronomic training. Food The menu can be downloaded on the restaurant's homepage: [here link] The offer hardly differs from the other Italian restaurants in Germany, but some meals are offered cheaper at noon, including all pizzas. After short consideration I ordered “pizza with ham and mushrooms” (6.90 €, regular price 8.60 € and Cola light. It was taken in the bottle after a short time and proved to be Cola Zero (0.33l for €2.40). After about 15 minutes, the pizza was served, which was already cut into six pieces. A rather thick, very solid and dry edge merged into a thin bottom that was too thin in the middle to still wear the coating. Distributed on the dough was part of the tomato sauce, put ham and mushroom pieces on it. On the coating there was nothing of a cheese layer or cheese. Only after a while I realized that there were cheese on the pizza – but under the lid! Otherwise there were no herbs on the pizza, and also other spices were not detectable. It is hardly to mention that I had to fight with the solid edge first and later tastefully with the too thin floor the pizza was best “everything right”, but the benotation cannot really save. Ambience Overall somewhat chaotic, because Alberto also sells Italian home accessories and the restaurant is partly used as an exhibition room for it. The floor is covered with laminate in rustic plank optics, the chairs are partly made of dark, partly of light reddish wood. The tables have panels with plastic coating, there was only a tealight and a sugar container. Then cutlery and napkin were brought on a plate along with salt shaker and pepper mill and two bottles with chili and garlic oil. The walls changed between orange and ochre, along with numerous wall lamps as well as picture frames with tables. Overall, however, the place is quite small, there are about ten tables set up, a conceptual collection of decorative items and private pictures was scattered in the room. Cleanliness Despite the described chaos, the dining room seemed acceptable, dishes, glasses and cutlery were perfectly clean, but there were several crumbs on the adjacent chair. The toilet was not visited, no statement is possible."
