"Best place in the area for largest selection of variety of beer. Ciders, IPA, Porters all delicious. Menu rotates. Patio seating with comfortable couches, can have your dog on patio and get water for it at the bar. Bartenders are always nice. Have not had a bad or even sub-par experience here."

"The coolers were down and the juice I drink must be cooled. I told the cleric David to say he'd take her off. After an hour, I returned to sell them. I bought all the rest I could find to make sure they weren't sold as I got sick when they pampered. David told me that he had no time to remove them, but when I mentioned, he went out to smoke when I went before, he said it was a fat cloud that he never got sick out of spoiled juice, would come to my job and tell me what to do and offered to sell to me the other pampered objects I brought an hour ago as an example. I also bought this and recorded my interaction, I dispose of the articles and the cost of buying all articles. I am happy to share with his manager Jessica and the health department."

"We previously had a good experience here, but the last time we ordered we never got our food and were still charged. Here's what happened. We ordered and paid for our food through Havana Cafe's website. We then went to the address from the website to pick it up, in Pasco. When we got to the Pasco address there was a sign on the door that this location was closed and we had to go to the Richland food truck location, which was nowhere mentioned on the website when we ordered our food. I tried to call then to cancel our order, because that was a really out of the way drive for us, but no one picked up. We then drove all the way out to the food truck in Richland only to find that they had never received our order and did not have our food. I asked for a refund, but since they did not even have a record of our order the server working could not issue me a refund. She called the manager who said he would issue the refund, but when I checked my credit card statement I had been charged and never gotten a refund. Since then I have tried calling multiple times, but no one picks up and the voicemail box is not set up so I cannot leave a voicemail. I have also tried emailing, texting, and fb messaging, and still have not gotten a response. My bank said I might have to file a police report in order to dispute the charge on my credit card, but I really don't want to have to do that to a local business. If someone would please get back to me and get this resolved I would be happy to update this review."

"Moved from Kennewick to Richland so we decided to try the Papa Johns bc we love the Kennewick location. I didn't think it could actually get better but it did.. Amazing fast delivery and wonderful flavored pizza. Needless to say I'm a regular at this location. Thank you so always having an amazing experience!!"

"I go to their buffet that has, pizza, fried and baked chicken, salad bar, macaroni and cheese, steamed vegetables. My kids 21yrs. -5yrs love the arcade there as well. Great staff!"
