"Great bar if you like a pub type atmosphere with motorbikes etc in bar also outdoor area for people that prefer otherwise. Good music in bar. We went their most nights during our weeks stay and found the staff and the local people very friendly. We had nice pizza there one night and the XXLL burger next night which was huge my husband just about finished it and I only managed half. Short walk from old town and Peniscola centre. Well worth a visit especially if you like motorbikes but if not worth a stop off at some stage on your trip."

"Good place to go to dinner. Meat dishes serve you with a salad first. So they're very complete dishes. The brooch is very good. They also have pizzas but we didn't try them.We were with a dog and the first thing they did was get him a bowl with water (thing to thank) Then we went to the squeal out next to have a drink."

"It was two years since our last visit to the El Pasaje. Our party of 6, surprised Toumie by saying it would be great to have a meal and spend the evening and see the New Year in with him and his lovely wife Zubida. We arrived and the table was beautifully decorated . We asked for a Tajin but to our delight Toumie had gone one better and had arranged a beautiful three course dinner, with champagne, and we supplied the crackers. On the strikes at midnight we celebrated the Spanish way, eat a grape and wish, link arms with your partner and drink champagne .Afterwards of course we had to do the traditional Auld Lang Syne ... to this Toumie and Zubida were well amused but joined in. What a splendid evening, and a great way to start the New Year. The hospitality from these two lovely people is second to none. It is a very relaxed Restaurant, so please go in say hello and try the 'Tajin ' you will not be disappointed ."
