"Mito’s is a new restaurant in Pomona and it is absolutely delicious! Several vegan options and the owner, Mito, and his staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The vegan juice is delicious and is the clamp of options- You can order it in dish, wrap it or “zazaza” form that take a Turkish pizza. The vegan zaza is a must try and only $6! The dormitories are very fresh, and the salads are also. Order the vegan Harissa sauce to go with the Dolmen instead of the yogurt sauce. Unfortunately, the baklava is not vegan- Mito said he tried it with coconut oil and it was too heavy. I hit vegan butter and he said it has too many additives, so if someone can think of another healthier alternative to make the baklava vegan, he would be all ears! I'll be here at least once a week!"
