"As in most Italian restaurants at least the good ones, the people were very friendly and welcoming. We were a group of seven people, but service was still quick. Lots of choice perhaps too much to keep life simple : and many really...interesting choices at that. We shared starters and the least of the five we ordered was the melon with Parma ham; but this had more to do with the really excellent quality of the other four dishes and less with the actual melon... All four of them were really delicious and everything disappeared very quickly. The main dish I ordered meat with mushroom sauce was simply to die for. Just tasting the sauce sold me on the dish and the meat was absolutely great. It was too much for me, but still nothing was left. It would have been a crime to not eat it. I had sauce left at the end when everything else was eaten, and it took all of my will power not to start licking the plate. Great restaurant, if you're close by, do visit. If you have to drive a while to get there, still visit. It's worth it"

"Pasquale is the chef and cooks are more than 35 years themselves. Fridays there are always fresh fish. pasta and calamaris, as well as pizza very good. always ready for a short smaltalk in the cooking break. that all Italians can sing, he sets up at times, but he should not play keyboard himself 8-). small, nice beer garden also available."
