"Finding vegetarian meals in Sartène was not easy, you can only eat so many margherita pizzas. I had eaten here once before and had the Salade Italiene, which was ok. I went back planning on getting a pizza, but they offer a focaccia aux legumes. This is not the fluffy bread you are familiar with, this is very thin, almost cracker like bread. Lettuce on top then covered with vegetables drizzled with balsamic. And a good amount of Parma on top. It was very good. The plate was large, but as the bread is very thin, it is not as filling as eating a pizza. Very impressed and satisfied. And relieved I found a good vegetarian meal. I finished with the Corsican dessert; Fiadone. It’s a cheesecake, not not even close to New York style, which I find too rich and sugary. This has no crust, very light and fluffy. Amazing."

Chestnut liqueur and especially very good wine from the region tasted during the meal. indispensable or even compulsory stage of the area to reach the tizzano, to your forks and glasses gentlemen ladies"

"Nous connaissions ce restaurant pour y avoir agréablement diné il y a quatre ans et découvrons sa nouvelle déco très chic.On peut diner en table ronde sur un gazon surprenant de fraicheur ou bien en salle ouverte entièrement d'un coté sur ce jardin.Nous y sommes passés trois soirs car rassurés sur la qualité des produits locaux. Je me suis régalé avec la soupe Corse, la salade océane, une pizza a pâte fine et copieusement garnie nommée pero longo mais le must sont les viandes de boeuf ou veau, dignes d'un quatre étoiles ....et pour accompagner, vin rosé ou rouge produit par le restaurateur, excellents vins ....Le personnel est efficace et les propriétaires bien accueillants."
