"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant and feel compelled to share the details. First of all, when I called to politely ask if we could bring forward the reservation time, the response I received was extremely grumpy, almost as if I had been a nuisance rather than a customer eager to plan their meal in advance. Once we arrived, we immediately noticed a number of inconveniences that contributed to completely ruining the experience. Even though we were a group of seven, we were only served a ridiculously insufficient amount of bread, which seemed to have been rationed extremely sparingly. The staff, unfortunately, seemed to have no interest in providing a welcoming and professional service. Their listlessness was evident in every interaction, creating an unpleasant and uninviting atmosphere. Furthermore, we had booked using the discount offered by The Fork, but we were disappointed that the application of the discount was partial and not in accordance with what was promised. This left a bitter feeling of being deceived and treated unfairly. The worst moment was when we tried to pay the bill. The cashier seemed completely incapable of doing the calculations for an equal division of the expense according to the Roman account formula. This has created an embarrassing and frustrating situation for all of us. Finally, regarding the food, we were extremely disappointed with the quality. It is evident that many of the dishes were prepared using frozen and low-quality ingredients, despite the high prices. The variety and quantity of the portions were equally disappointing.
