"This Little Caesars is great! Conveniently inside VC Oil Station they make their pizza better than any Little Caesars I've been to. Not sure how but it's extra tasty! Fast, easy and friendly its all good things there??"

"TLDR: The VEGAN modifier in their system means nothing. The only vegan option you have is to order a burger as a lettuce wrap specifying every individual animal product to remove. Otherwise, they will likely include it. In fact, even specifying everything you can 't eat, the order will still likely get messed up or swapped with someone else 's. Check carefully before consuming, and if ordering to-go, check that your order is completely correct before leaving because the process afterward is extremely taxing. Most people live a long way away from this place. If you 're a vegan reading this, you 're likely only looking this place up because you 're being dragged here by non-vegan family. There are far better, vegan-friendly restaurants at other casinos (i.e. Harrah 's, Sycuan, Viejas, etc). Unfortunately for you, things don 't get any better at this restaurant. On Dec 03, 2022, I ordered the Impossible San Diego specifying vegan. My receipt also shows this. In the past, that was all I had to say and they knew what it meant. It was a To-Go order at the little window beside the restaurant and because we were in a rush, I didn 't check my order before leaving. When I finally did, over an hour later, it contained the bun (which the staff had previously told me is NOT VEGAN) and cheese (obviously non-vegan). I tried to call them up and was hung up on twice before finally having a chance to speak to Cheryl (the owner), who said that the meal was likely swapped with someone else 's (and also might have contained real meat) and that she would take care of me the next time I arrived. I showed up again today, Dec 23, 2022, and brought up the issue I had last time and was again told I would be taken care of. Everything started out okay and Eliana, our server was really nice and friendly and we were even treated to guac and tortilla chips. Unfortunately, nice and competent are not the same thing. I ordered exactly the same way I did previously, since I expected that Cheryl would have spoken to the staff, if not about what the vegan modifier in their system meant, then at least that for my specific order, it needed to be done a specific way. When everyone else 's food was brought out, mine AGAIN had the burger buns and the cheese and not a lettuce wrap like it was supposed to. Every one was able to eat, except me. After they took the order back and tried to fix it, it arrived again, this time as a lettuce wrap without cheese (good), but came with a side of parmesan fries (not good). Not only is parmesan fries not vegan, IT WASN 'T WHAT I ORDERED. I specifically asked for tater tots. So they had to go in for it again before getting it right. Lastly, I assumed that taken care of would mean that we would be treated specially and that my portion of the meal would be free since it was a mistake the last time. When the bill arrived, it still showed by burger on it. Apparently, Cheryl didn 't tell Eliana anything about the whole point of this second visit? I did tell her and she trusted me enough to remove the Impossible burger from the bill, but said that she couldn 't reach Cheryl. Sure, super busy or whatever with everything, I don 't care. But it just feels to me like the staff here needs to communicate better with one another and organize better? Over the phone during the 12/03/2022 encounter, Cheryl almost made it sound like orders being swapped was a regular occurrence. That is horrifying. How do I even know if I was served the Impossible patty the second time or real meat if I orders are constantly being mixed up? I didn 't end up getting an apology over text, but she did pledge to do better. Not sure if there will be any improvements, but beware! I get that they 're trying, but at this point, there 's still a lot of room for improvement."
