"We visited this small club/restaurant for an evening meal upon recommendation by Brian and Patrick from maison borghetti it is a local club used by local people and offers a restaurant on a terrace with panoramic views across the mountains to the sea in the distance. There is a membership fee of €2 per person to allow dining. The menu was easy to follow with good choices the place was a real treasure. The meal was excellent and extremely well cooked. We had a mixed seafood and forest platter to start with samples of tasty local Corsican dishes. For mains we had a fillet steak with green peppercorn sauce and really large prawns cooked in garlic. The food was really good and service was attentive and quick. Overall the restaurant was a big hit and I would recommend it to all who visit Talasani. Give it a try and remember the small membership fee is helping sustain the club to provide such a great restaurant in a small mountain village."
