"I thought this was going to be a whatever kind of pub but was nicely surprised with one of the best meals that I have had in a long time! Parmesan chicken with fettucine.. it was to die for! I would definitely come back! My only concern, and I feel bad for mentioning it was I got a bit sick after and this food was the only reason I could come up with which is a shame because it was so good. I am hoping that it didn't have anything to do with them and that if it did, they will handle their food better in the future."

"Restaurants that specialize in local cuisine have always been hit and miss for me and the Bruce Wine Bar was pretty much like that. My friend had the daily soup, which involved mushrooms and was very tasty, and she had an apple and Brussels...salad which she could not finish. I had the Polena fries which were astounding but a bit on the small side for the price, and the Squash and Apple pizza. That pizza was better as a concept than it was in execution. The crust was perfect, but the toppings didn't seem to have any relationship with the crust. It would have worked just as well as a bowl of fruit and pesto with a side order of crust. It was a very messy experience. Tasty but not sure I would order it again. The decor and ambience, and service, were excellent. I was driving, and my friend wanted to order wine, but the cheapest wines were $15 a glass which is a bit of a markup. I'm glad I went and I would give them another try. But this is high end food, don't expect anything else."

"I was pleasantly surprised. We went for a family birthday of a 91 year old. The food was great, prices reasonable and great atmosphere. We wanted a quieter place allowing nice conversation and that is what we got. The decor is elegant, yet relaxing. A bar area with a pool table is available, the dining room area was quiet. An enjoyable experience."

"Amazing atmosphere and even better food! I had planned on taking a picture of it but the moment it arrived I was digging in. The OG burger was fantastic. Everyone (party of 5) was very happy with our meal. Staff were very friendly and happily gave suggestions for shops to visit in town."

"We enjoyed our dinner on the back patio, it was peaceful and relaxing with the moon shining down on the lake. So many pizza topping ideas and large gluten free crusts compared to others we have had. GF burger bun was soft, fresh and very good. Fries were perfectly golden crispy. Staff is so friendly and service is fast. Very much worth a visit, even the wait to get in goes pretty fast. This is the fourth blue mountain restaurant we have tried and by far the absolute best!!"
