"Order the pizza online and bread twist five cheese dip waited outside for 45 minutes nobody showed up nobody called so then I called the store and asked them they said well you have to come and pick it up because were two hours delay on deliveries so I said OK I said my wife out there to get it and they canceled it order and pretty much told us that we weren?t getting nothing and it?s gonna take 5 to 7 days for it to get to my account sad lack of communication with the company"

"We found this while traveling through. It was fast and delicious! The basket option gets you fries, onion rings, and coleslaw. Kids meal comes with fries and applesauce. We got baklava to go. The Coney dogs were delicious. The gyro bowl was a great option with lots of cheese and sauce without all the bread. We had friendly service and were impressed!"

"Editing this since I'm a little less frustrated than I was in the moment. In short: I had a very negative experience with delivery recently. My order arrived missing one of the entrées, and the person I spoke to at the restaurant just blamed thedelivery driver without attempting to make it right in any way. Additionally, she revealed that the delivery orders are just setout for the drivers with no attempt to ensure they get the right ones. If I had to guess what happened, the driver just pickedup one bag without realizing there was another one. This is disappointing since the food was quite good when we placed adelivery order a few weeks prior. We were also considering coming in for dinner soon. However, this situation really just souredour impression of the restaurant. I totally understand why many folks in the restaurant industry don't like delivery. I'veworked in a restaurant, and I'm not blind to the problems it creates. But if you can't make it work for you and your customers,then don't list your restaurant on the delivery apps. I realize the person I spoke to wasn't in a position to just get in hercar and drive over the food, and I know that Uber Eats couldn't care less about making these problems right. (Hell, their driverwasn't even the person listed on the app) But there was no attempt to apologize, make it right if we dined-in some evening, oreven show a shred of empathy that we paid for food we weren't going to get and now had to spend time contacting a person in acall center halfway across the world to attempt to get a refund. I'm just tired of restaurants that do this and have nointerest in coming back."

"This is our favorite pizza place, best bang for your buck. They're relatively consistent, but there is the rare occasion that our pizza isn't ready at pick up or the place is messy. They had one employee that didn't seem to understand anything, but I think he's gone. Anyway, we're normally pleased with our pizza."

"My sister and I are for the first (but not least) time on 21. September there. I had the French Dip and Pommes. Cooked for perfection and the meat was tenderly melted in your mouth. Sus had Casedia and was very impressed. We will definitely come back. The owners and employees are friendly and efficient. Five stars of us!!"

"The management was incredibly accommodating. He was polite and very good at making us feel welcomed. They increased the size of the party room for us unexpectedly as a favor, then when it got busy around when our party died down they asked politely to reduce it again. Of course we obliged and quickly moved for them to make dining room. The food was great and quick. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is cleanliness. It is on par for pizza ranch to not be clean, and way cleaner than the pizza ranch in Grinnell, but they need a regular deep cleaning of the tile floor. Especially in the bathroom. Hire it out, corporate should support that"
