"My daughter in law and I were walking by this restaurant we were offered a taste of the garlic bread it was delicious we were given a coupon, we continued on our way shopping because it was early morning and we weren't hungry. As it drew closer to lunch we both decided to go back to Caldo with excitement because the sample of the garlic bread. We were greeted by the same gentleman who offered the sample of garlic bread to us. He sat at an outside table as requested. We order the soup of the day as an appetizer, along with the caprese both were delicious. They have a nice menu selection for both adult kids along with gluten free option again for both the adults and children. The restaurant has a full bar and would be great for date night, family dinners, friend time, a bite for lunch or a quite dinner alone. Great spot down town Carlsbad across from the water feature on the corner so a nice spot to people watch and enjoy the outside. The service was excellent as well as the food. I was so pleased with my experience I purchased a gift certificate for my sister and husband so they to could enjoy a dinning experience here."
