"Let me start by saying that I practically do the same job, as I manage a pizza shop in Chieti Scalo. I passed by that area last night by mistake and stopped. The taste of the pizza is good, the tomato and mozzarella are good, even if I didn't find all this crunchiness in the dough (just as it came out, yes, but then I took another pizza 3 minutes later and it had already become soft). Apart from this, I think they need to improve on the management of the counter, as at 7.45pm churning out a single margherita tray (without a significant amount of reservations) seemed a bit hasty to me. "My friends and I entered the pizzeria by chance. We saw from outside that there were a lot of people, so we weren't sure about going in, but despite this we were convinced by the vast choice of pizzas on the counter (from the simplest to the gourmet) and thanks to the speed (as well as the friendliness and kindness) of the counter workers, we didn't wait more than 5 minutes, as they knew how to manage the continuous flow of people very well. I will definitely be happy to return! Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and unfortunately I saw some particular pizzas that I couldn't eat because they had added meat, so I recommend making meat-free alternatives to some gourmet pizzas. We vegetarians would appreciate it very much."
